Intervals on the Treadmill ** Updated


Here is a 20 minute treadmill workout
I am going to give it a try!
This is the challenging version...


and it was challenging!! I made it through the first 10 minutes
but then I just walk/jogged for another 20 yesterday.

just checking - is that miles per hour, kilometers per hour, or intensity? cause I don't think I can run 7.2 miles per hour?
how did you do?

I believe it is in Miles. You mean you cant do 7.3 miles Yet?!
7.2 would be a pretty good run... which would be why it goes back down to 3.5 afterwards. If you don't think you can do that try getting up to the 6.5 and doing that for as long as you can between 1-3 minutes.. and building up from there.
Im doing it tomorrow I'll let you know how I do.
