Yeah, flossing is a great way to take care of your teeth and your heart. Having less bacteria on your teeth means that you'll have a healthy smile and body. So it's a habit you should learn to follow. It can be pretty tough to get used to it sometimes. But if you set a schedule like brushing your teeth, it'll work!
